Interventional Spine & Pain Management Center

Interventional Spine and Pain Management Center is one of the premier centers serving the Dayton and Cincinnati communities by providing state of the art, clinically proven solutions for pain. At Interventional Spine and Pain Management Center, our focus is on providing individualized care for our patients. Our staff initially concentrates on documenting detailed information related to a patientís condition and the effect acute or chronic pain has had on their life. We then work closely with the individual to develop a treatment program specific to their needs, aimed at increasingly eliminating unnecessary pain and improving their quality of life.

Our patients receive the most advanced and safest procedures, therapies and non-addicting medications utilized in pain management practices today. These include non-intrusive and minimally intrusive Pain Block procedures, in addition to advanced pain therapy treatments. Throughout these processes, Dr. Manocha and his staff document and assess the progress of a patient, and work with them to progressively tailor their treatment program to achieve the best possible results.

Interventional Spine and Pain Management is a private practice founded on the principles of providing highest quality compassionate patient care with an emphasis on Musculoskeletal Medicine and Interventional Pain Management. We believe in managing patientsí pain to improve function and quality of life. Our Medical Director, Vivek Manocha, MD, received his training at the prestigious University of Washington which is the world’s first multidisciplinary pain center that was started by Dr. John Bonica. Being a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Interventional pain specialist, he focuses on using a multidisciplinary approach to treating pain while concentrating on improving your function and quality of life.
